DASMEN Residential began the year by taking over as managers of GreenView East Apartments

Baton Rouge, LA – DASMEN Residential began the year by taking over as managers of GreenView East Apartments, formerly Serenity Residences of Baton Rouge. This 328-unit complex consists of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units and boasts some great community amenities. These are comprised of a sparkling pool, ample parking, a clubhouse, a playground, and a laundry facility. The complex consists of 30 buildings and is DASMEN’s first takeover in Baton Rouge.

The complex is located at 1251 N. Ardenwood Drive and is within close proximity to Downtown Baton Rouge, Baton Rouge Community College, and the Mall of Louisiana. It also offers great access to major highways such as interstates 12, 10, and 110. DASMEN believes that its unique management approach will add significant value to the residents, owners, and investors of GreenView East.
