Pursuant to their business plan and vision for this acquisition, they have already begun to rebrand these sites with new names and logos to create a fresh identity and feel in conjunction with the DASMEN brand. The communities in Orlando are Stella West, Rosala West and Kara West & Verra North and Avina North in Tampa, FL. The acquisition was finalized on Monday, March 1st, 2021.
