DASMEN Partners with Experian to Offer Positive Credit reporting

Dasmen Residential is excited to announce our partnership with Experian, one of the leading credit reporting agencies in the world. The partnership allows us to offer a free positive credit reporting program to all our residents.Here at DASMEN Residential, we believe our residents should get credit for managing the payments for the place they call home just as one would if they owned a home! That’s why we have teamed up with Experian to incorporate our residents’ positive  rental payment data in Experian’s credit reports.

Experian is a multinational consumer credit reporting company. Experian collects and aggregates information on over 1 billion people and businesses including 235 million individual U.S. consumers and more than 25 million U.S. businesses..

When our residents pay rent on time, it is reported to Experian RentBureau within 24 hours and incorporated into their Experian credit report.  This positive rental information on the report can be used to establish or build credit history. Having high credit leads to better insurance rates, lower credit card interest, is better looking for potential employers and so much more. Lenders may even review this information when evaluating one’s ability  to repay new debt.

Our current residents have already started taking advantage of this amazing program.  “This program allowed my daughter to get her first car,” said Shannon Frymend, resident at a DASMEN Residential North Carolina community. “My daughter has been trying to get approved for a car lease but couldn’t due to lack of credit. After hearing about this program, I went ahead and added her to our lease and just 3 months later she was able to get approved,” said Frymend.
